Terms and Conditions
For now, the contingency statement is required to post jobs. At this time, you are not bound by the contingency fee on our website. This is mainly designed for companies that want to post their positions and have us recruit for them as well.
Here is the "break down" of our services to you:
1. 30 days unlimited job posting for free.
2. Resume searches are free. (Resumes are displayed in a confidential format, so you must request resumes via phone, fax or email.)
3. Our policy is we will bill you 20% of your gross fee for any candidate from our website that you get hired. For example, if you charge your client 20% on a candidate's first year salary of $45,000, you receive a $9,000 fee. We would get 20% of that which would be $1,800. So if you're interested in a candidate that you find on our site, you can contact us and give us the confidential resume number located on the desired resume. We will then contact the candidate to qualify them and ask if they have any interest in your position. If so, we will submit their contact information to you. If our candidate gets hired by your client company, then you pay us per the above.
Note: Also, if you would like to do a "split", we will actively recruit for those positions. Generally, splits are 50% us, 50% you based on your fee. Using the example above, that would be 50% of $9,000 = $4,500 to us if we supply you with a candidate and you get them hired.
